The location of this hotel was perfect for our visit to the Great Sand Dunes NP. It was very close to the park entrance, which made it convenient for us to explore. The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, with a clear view of the sand dunes and the mountains. Additionally, the continental breakfast offered a nice selection and the make-your-own waffles were a delicious treat.
the strong odor of cleaning products in the room and lobby was quite overwhelming. It would have been preferable if the hotel used a milder scent or aired out the rooms more thoroughly.

I gotta say, the value for the money at this place was amazing! The room was so clean and spacious, with a modern vibe and comfy bed. And the views? Oh man, breathtaking! Mountains on both sides, and those dunes! Plus, the staff treated us like VIPs the whole time.
Menu for breakfast could use a little more variety.

We loved staying at the hotel. The room was newly updated and clean, with a full-size fridge. The location was perfect, just near the Great Sand Dunes National Park. It was convenient to rent sand boards and sleds for the park. Despite arriving late, the staff was very accommodating. They even made us a fresh pizza! The breakfast provided a good start to our day. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and staff were all excellent.
Nothing negative to say.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was only a short distance away from the Great Sand Dunes National Park, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the park. Additionally, the rooms were clean and spacious, providing all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay.
One of the worst aspects of the hotel was the road access. The gravel road leading to the hotel was quite rough and had loose gravel, which could potentially harm the tires of the car.
